Definitely Not Laundry

I probably don’t even need to say it, do I?

It's as bad as it looks

Free use of the lone washer and dryer is included at the West 79th St Boat Basin when you pay $2.75/foot plus an extra $10 for electricity. Too bad the dryer doesn’t work.

What was that song in the last century? “My boyfriend’s back, And there’s gonna be laundry!”!!!!!

    All the best,

I heard a New Yorker say, and I paraphrase, “New York take all of the basic necessities of modern living and sells them back to you at a premium. And you feel grateful to get them!”

I think that ‘free’ laundry facilities that cost $10+ and only half work are exactly what she was talking about.

Try to resist the impulse to self-medicate at the RVR!

Hi Dad – I think things will get better starting soon…we’re going to move on to Staten Island or Sandy Hook NJ today. Will let you know when we get there, if there’s WiFi, or you can just check our SPOT page…

We had the same problem at 79th street last year, you would think they would buy a new dryer, your picture looks just like our boat while there. We were on a ball though much more comfortable, the docks are hell but location, location is everything.
