Our First Big Thunderstorm

We made it through our first big thunderstorm on (Canadian) Thanksgiving (07-Oct-2012). We were anchored in “Mile Hammock Bay” in North Carolina.

Here are a few pictures before it hit us…

The anchor held, and we were cozy and dry below.

    Hi Maryl and Phil!
I’ve really enjoyed reading your blog. It’s so nice to hear of all your experiences and adventures. I’m curious…how did you like the crab? The pictures and stories from each town are amazing. Just wanted to wish you both a very Happy Thanksgiving and encourage you to continue taking pictures and posting them for all of us to see. We are living vicariously through you, so keep it coming! Smooth sailing and fair seas to you both. Until next time…Cheers

Hi Chris – Happy Thanksgiving to you too. The crab was very good…we over-did it with the Old Bay, but otherwise quite tasty!
